He’s now living the dream as the proud owner of Hills in the heart of the Brecon Beacons, which draws diners from all corners of the country. In his fun and fact-filled debut book, Owain lifts the lid on life in his busy kitchen, and reveals some of his family’s favourite burger recipes – from the traditional, to the downright audacious.
