The HILLS Airstream is our mobile kitchen, built to take the HILLS experience beyond Brecon and out into the wild. From festivals and food events to private parties and pop-ups, it allows us to serve our signature smashed burgers wherever the road leads.
Housed inside a beautifully restored American Airstream trailer, the setup is small but mighty. It’s a compact stainless-steel theatre where flat-top grills roar, buns toast golden, and the unmistakable aroma of smashed beef patties drifts through the air.
The menu focuses on what we do best:
Explicit Burgers.
That means double-smashed patties from our butcher, toasted buns from Alex Gooch Bakery, bold house sauces, and the same obsessive attention to detail we’re known for at HILLS Brecon.
Whether it’s a bustling street-food festival, a wedding in the hills, or a late-night party where proper food is needed, the HILLS Airstream delivers the same quality and flavour you’d expect from our restaurant.
