The HILLS Airstream is our mobile kitchen, built to take the HILLS experience beyond Brecon and out into the wild. From festivals and food events to private parties and pop-ups, it allows us to serve our signature smashed burgers wherever the road leads.

Housed inside a beautifully restored American Airstream trailer, the setup is small but mighty. It’s a compact stainless-steel theatre where flat-top grills roar, buns toast golden, and the unmistakable aroma of smashed beef patties drifts through the air.

That means double-smashed patties from our butcher, toasted buns from Alex Gooch Bakery, bold house sauces, and the same obsessive attention to detail we’re known for at HILLS Brecon.
