HILLS restaurant opened its doors on April 14th 2017 following a significant refurbishment which has involved total renovation of the property formally known as Bishop's Meadows Restaurant. 

​

HILLS is a family run restaurant, owned by husband and wife, Owain and Emily and their daughters, Matilda and Tabitha. HILLS are very proud of their young front of house team. 

​

All of our produce is sourced locally using some of the best producers in Wales. Keep your eyes out on the menu for a few of them. They are worth checking out.

We are open Tuesday to Sunday. However, we are also open on all Bank Holidays. Call us on 07572725105 or visit the reservation section of the website to reserve a table.
