A new chapter for HILLS is on the way.

 

HILLS Coffee House is our next venture, built around something we’ve always loved but never fully explored until now: great coffee, great bread, and the simple pleasure of slowing down for a moment.

 

Opening soon in Brecon, the Coffee House will focus on exceptional coffee, thoughtfully sourced ingredients, and a menu designed for mornings, lunches and everything in between. Expect expertly brewed coffee, outstanding pastries and cakes, and a strong sandwich offering built around the incredible bread of Alex Gooch Bakery.

 

Alongside the food and coffee, the space itself has been designed to feel relaxed, welcoming and full of life. A place to meet friends, take a break, read the paper, or watch the town pass by with a good cup of coffee in hand.

 

It’s a natural extension of the HILLS world.
