High quality organic fruit is sourced from Emiliana's growers in Casablanca and Colchagua. A delicious, fresh, spicy and aromatic Viognier. Pale yellow in colour with a nose that presents fruity aromas recalling orange, nectarine and white peach with honeysuckle and jasmine notes. The refreshing palate shows this is a wine full of character, with good concentration and balance.

Millions of years ago the Palatine region bordered the prehistoric ocean. Lime reefs were formed, which still have a great influence on this Riesling Kalkstein’s terroir. Water retention properties and easy nutrient uptake allow the creation of well-balanced wines with pleasing acidity. This elegant Riesling is characterized by fine spice, minerality and citrus fruit paired with green apples and fresh exotic aromas.

Classically bright and vibrant Marlborough Sauvignon. Tasting Notes Perfumed with nettle & ripe tropical fruits which are also evident on the palate along with limey flavours and a rich minerality - classic Marlborough Sauvignon. The wine is sappy fresh, clean and delicious. Production Judiciously sourced from 3 vineyard sites between the Waihopai, Wairau and Awatere Valleys. Fruit for this wine comes from vineyards throughout Marlborough’s Wairau Valley.

Chile, colchagua valley
The Adobe Organic Carmenere has rich cherry fruit, hints of capsicum, clove and black pepper on the nose with a palate of smooth berry fruit, robust and full-bodied with ripe well-balanced tannins and a refreshing sappy flavour to the finish. The grapes are grown in the Colchagua Valley in the Central Valley region near Santiago where the climate is Mediterranean with hot summers but with cool night temperatures which helps the natural fruit freshness.

Domaine Mas Barrau Cabernet Franc, Pays du Gard [Organic] wine is textured and luxurious. This is a sophisticated Cabernet Franc from Gard. There is a wild 'after the rain' woodland perfume. The palate is incredibly long and very rich with fleshy fruit flavours counterbalanced by a bitter, woody, character and a thread of honey.
Krohn 2003 Vintage Port - 20.5%
Wet weather in winter and spring of 2003 was followed by a very hot August. Grapes showed high concentration and sweetness but relatively low acidity. The result is this award-winning Port - rich, powerful and complex. Retaining a deep and youthful colour, the nose has intense black fruit characters, with notes of sweet spices, liquorice and vanilla. The palate has structure and concentration, with rich, ripe plum and cherry flavours, more spice and firm tannins. It is drinking well now, but still has many years ahead
Le Dolci Colline Prosecco Spumante - 11.5%
Fresh and gently fruity fizz from northeast Italy (Veneto) with citrus and green apple aromas. Delicate and lively on the palate with ripe, lightly grapey fruit, zesty acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.
From selected parcels of Glera grapes grown northeast of Treviso. Hand harvested at optimum ripeness to give the required balance between aromatics and good acidity. Gentle pneumatic pressing followed by slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel. Second fermentation in pressure tanks, lasting 4 weeks
